After a hotel staff was confirmed with COVID-19, we were consulted for professional advices. After an initial on-site assessment, disinfection using aerosolized hydrogen peroxide (by means of Automate machine) over areas that may be contaminated by the affected staff was performed before the services resumption. Close contacts at work were sampled for COVID-19 tessting. Fortunately, no other staff was infected. Our professional team works with their managers including the hygienic manager reviews their SOPs and provides education to the hotel staffs. Congratulations to Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin as their usual service was resumed on 10 April 2020.
